Register for Mass

I confirm:

• Have not traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days.


• Not having been in contact with a person who has returned from a trip in the past 14 days.


• Have no flu symptoms or have been around someone with flu symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, temperature, etc.) in the past 14 days


• Once in church, I follow proper guidelines and instructions.
• vaccination passport.
